Setting up Wren AI Cloud with HubSpot is very simple. After you sign up and log in to your account, you can select the HubSpot boilerplate for the setup project stage.
Boilerplates are pre-defined templates that streamline your data analysis process. It offers pre-selected tables and columns, eliminating the need to import unnecessary fields and helping you get started quickly. Additionally, boilerplates include a curated selection of questions related to common topics, making it easier to explore your data and find valuable insights.
After you authenticate your HubSpot account with Wren AI Cloud, Wren AI will start synchronizing your data with Wren AI Cloud, as shown below.
After the synchronization is completed, You are all set; you can start digging into insights from HubSpot data. 😎
As previously mentioned, when you select the boilerplates, we will bring in the pre-defined data models and semantics to your Wren AI. When you complete the data synchronization to Wren AI Cloud, it will guide you to the data modeling page, where you can have a holistic view of the data models from HubSpot.
You can see each model's descriptions, types, and columns when you click one of the models.
When you go to the home page, you will see a list of HubSpot questions that you can ask Wren AI to get results. For example, you can ask for lead analysis like “Find the top 5 countries with opportunities in the lifecycle stage” or contact segmentation such as “Count contacts grouped by country”.
After you ask a question, it will suggest you three most relevant questions according to your datasets, pick one of the options, as shown below.
After you select one of the options, it will generate the final answer with the data and also provide a detail explanation of where it collects the data.
If you are a technical user, you would like to check the SQL behind the results, click “View Full SQL” to check the SQL.
If you have some follow-up questions, you can ask follow-up questions in the same thread, Wren AI will based on the context that you asked previously follow up with more insights.
