What cloud region is my organization projects hosted on?

All organizations are hosted in GCP’s US-EAST-4 region by default, ensuring performance and reliability. For hosting in a European or other specific region, please contact us via our support portal. We’ll review requests and consider new regions based on demand.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

You can switch from monthly to annual billing by updating your payment method. To switch from annual to monthly billing, you'll need to wait until the end of your current annual billing period.

What happens if I exceed the monthly usage limits of my current plan?

If you exceed the usage limits for questions, rows exported, or imported on the Starter or Essential plans, we recommend upgrading to the Pro plan.

How is the question monthly quota calculated?

Your question quota is based on the total number of questions asked by all users in your organization's projects. A question only counts towards the quota if a result is selected from the query results.

How is the monthly quota calculated?

Your monthly usage limit is reset on the first day of each month.

What type of support do you offer?

We provide support via email tickets through our support portal during business hours. For details on our support operations, please refer to our Service Level Agreement.

What if I don’t want to host my own data?

For a hassle-free data management and hosting experience, we recommend selecting the Essential or Pro plan.

Does the company have any security compliance?

We take security seriously and are currently in the process of obtain SOC 2 Type 2 certification. We will keep our customers informed as we progress.
